Straight answers

What is a credit?
One credit is one cent of generation cost at the model's list price. A five-second Seedance 2.5 clip is about 72 credits; an Ideogram image is 3. The exact cost shows on the Generate button before you press it.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits reset on each billing date. Credit packs you buy on top never reset while you keep a subscription.
What happens to my videos and images?
Every finished run is archived to your gallery on our storage, so it stays available after the model provider clears it.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from the account page. Upgrades add the difference in credits right away; cancellations run to the end of the paid month.
