Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Productive Focus Studio (the “Service”), operated by Productive Focus LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service is a web studio for generating video and images with third-party AI models. We route your prompts and inputs to those models through their providers, return the results to you, and keep a copy in your gallery. Models, prices and features change over time; we may add, change or retire any of them.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. Keep your password private and tell us at once if you think your account has been used without permission. You must be at least 18 years old. One person may not share an account with others, and you are responsible for everything done under your login.

3. Subscriptions and credits

• Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid month.
• Plan credits are added on each billing date and replace the previous month’s unused plan credits. They do not roll over.
• Credit packs bought on top of a plan do not reset. They remain available while you keep an active subscription and for 12 months after purchase.
• Costs are shown before you generate. A generation reserves its credits when submitted; a run the provider fails or rejects is refunded automatically. Successful runs are final.
• Refunds. Credits and subscription fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If we materially change plan prices we will give at least 14 days’ notice by email before the change applies to you.
• Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. An upgrade adds the difference in monthly credits; a downgrade caps your plan credits at the new plan’s allowance.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload or distribute content that:

• is illegal, defamatory, harassing or infringes someone else’s rights;
• sexualizes minors or depicts non-consensual sexual content;
• impersonates a real person in a misleading way or is intended to deceive;
• violates the acceptable-use policies of the model providers we route to.

You may not probe, scrape or overload the Service, share your access with others, or resell generations as a competing service. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content and outputs

You keep the rights to the prompts and files you upload, and you give us permission to process, store and transmit them to run the Service. To the extent the law and the relevant model provider’s terms allow, you own the outputs you generate and may use them commercially. AI outputs may be similar to those generated by others from similar prompts; we do not warrant that any output is unique, accurate, or free of third-party rights.

6. Storage and retention

Finished runs are copied to our storage and kept in your gallery while your account is active. You can delete runs at any time. If you close your account, or it stays inactive with no subscription for 90 days, we may delete stored runs and uploads.

7. Availability

We aim for the Service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. Model providers may be slow, rate-limited or unavailable, and a generation may fail; failed runs are refunded. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Productive Focus LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for us or others. Sections 5, 6, 8 and 10 survive termination.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or in the Service, and continued use after that means you accept them. Questions: support@productivefocus.ai.
